Hi, I’m Emily! I’ve been coaching clients since 2007, 18 years ​now, in both fitness and nutrition. I have a genuine passion for various ​aspects of the fitness industry and it has enabled me to assist people ​with a wide range of goals.

I'm an IFBB pro bodybuilder, and my years of competing have fueled my ​transition from being just an athlete to being both a coach and an ​athlete.

My coaching focuses on individuals aiming to increase strength, build ​muscle, reduce body fat, or enhance their overall health. I also have a ​special interest in creating programs tailored for athletes.

In collaboration with my husband, we develop specialized running and ​first responder + military training programs. These are his areas of expertise, as he lives, trains, and studies in these domains!
